Hotshots are the heart of our fleet, with full-size flatbeds and step decks behind them. It's our own trucks and our own drivers, and you talk to the people actually running the load.

Brokerage
Through Urban Logistics & Brokerage Inc (MC 1102605), we book open-deck loads with vetted partner carriers and stay on the load until it delivers.
If all our trucks are already booked, we don't just say no. We find a carrier we trust to cover your load and keep you updated the same way we would on our own truck.

We built our own transportation management system, UrbanTMS, in-house. It's what we use to run every load, and you get a view into it. You can see where your freight is in real time, get status updates as the load moves, and pull up the POD once it delivers. No chasing anyone down for a check call.
We run a fleet of trucks under our own authority. When your load is on one of them, it's our driver and our equipment, not a stranger off a load board.
